Who we are

TORCH Leadership Group was born from a moment of profound inspiration in 2013 at the Margraten memorial in The Netherlands, a resting place for thousands of American soldiers who gave their lives in World War II. This sacred ground is a testament to sacrifice, resolve, and honor. The words engraved on its walls tell a story that transcends time, shaping the mission and values of TORCH Leadership Group.

On the left wall, the quote—"To you from failing hands we throw the torch; be yours to hold it high"— taken from John McCrae's iconic poem In Flanders Fields, ignited a calling: leadership is about carrying forward the torch of those who came before us while forging one’s own unique path. This moment was instrumental in crystallizing our own just cause:

TO LIGHT, GUIDE and PASS IT ON.

For over a decade and having delivered more than a 1000 full day sessions with leadership teams across multiple industries, our three founders, Alex, Chris and Dave, have witnessed first-hand many of the challenges faced by leaders of organizations today.

One of the common threads that has emerged; organizations are weakest in the middle.

The most common reason is that; all too often an individual who performs well is elevated to a managerial position, without the requisite training and tools to perform at their best.

Based on our experience we created the UNBREAKABLE MID-MANAGER PROGRAM.

Middle manager are the backbone of organizations, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Their roles in talent development, change management and consistent execution are vital to the success of any organization.
